December, 1988 Trust Co., Ltd. was founded in Amagasaki-city, Kobe,
with 10 million Japanese yen in capital, and started exporting pre-owned vehicles.
January, 1989 Started to export pre-owned vehicles to New Zealand.
February, 1989 Started to export pre-owned vehicles to Papua New Guinea and Solomon Islands.
July, 1989 Started to export pre-owned vehicles to England and Ireland.
November, 1990 Started to export pre-owned vehicles to Zimbabwe and Namibia.
December, 1990 Office moved to 3-2-26, Nishiki, Naka-ku, Nagoya-city.
January, 1995 Started to export pre-owned vehicles to Tanzania,
which needs JAAI export inspection, Kenya and Mauritius.
August, 1996 Started to sell pre-owned vehicles through website.
September, 1996 Stockyard was newly constructed at Nagoya port for management and efficient
inspection of the vehicle inventory.
December, 1998 Started to export pre-owned vehicles to Bahama Islands.
March, 1999 Expand the stockyard to bring the capacity up to 1,200 units due to sales expansion.
May, 2001 Establish a subsidiary, Auto Trans Ltd., to separate purchase and inspection of the pre-owned vehicles.
February, 2003 Liquidated Auto Trans Ltd., and purchase and inspection sections were absorbed to parent company.
March, 2003 Merged into Honda Verno Tokai Co. Ltd., (currently VT Holdings Co., Ltd.) as subsidiary.
August, 2003 Office moved to 3-10-32, Nishiki, Naka-ku, Nagoya-city.
August, 2003 Expand the stockyard to bring the capacity up to 2,000 units due to sales expansion.
February, 2004 Started to export from Yokohama port.
November, 2004 Listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers Market.
November, 2005 Established subsidiary holds 100% of shares, Amana Shipholding S.A., for the purpose of retaining vessel.
December, 2005 Established first direct-selling shop in Lusaka, Zambia.
August, 2006 Established subsidiary holds 100% of shares, Trust Americas Incorporated, in Delaware, United States.
March, 2007 Obtained land of stockyard (42,300m2) in Yatomi-city, Aichi.
January, 2009 Completed liquidation of Amana Shipholding S.A.
October, 2009 Made J-net Rental & Lease Co., Ltd. to subsidiary by acquiring the company's stock.
February, 2011 Made Western Breeze Trading 23 (Proprietary) Limited (currently Trust Absolut Auto (Proprietary) Limited) to subsidiary by acquiring the company's stock.
October, 2011 Completed liquidation of Trust Americas Incorporated.
October, 2011 Made Sojitz Absolut Auto (Proprietary) Limited (currently Sojitz Absolut Auto (Proprietary) Limited) to subsidiary by acquiring the company's stock.
August,2015 Changed stock market from Mothers to 2nd section of Tokyo Stock Exchange.
April,2022 Shifted from 2nd section to the standard market due to the review of the market classification of Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc.
